Eligibility for Refunds

- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds. These include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items on final sale or clearance
How to Request a Refund
- Return/Refund: In the menu or the footer have an option as Return/Refund. Provide the order number, name, phone number, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
- Return the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Processing Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the item is not eligible, we will notify you and return the item to you.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
